Asteria Wellbeing and Khaos Barbering Cancellation Policy

At Asteria Wellbeing and Khaos Barbering, we strive to provide the best service and experience for all of our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone and keep our schedule running smoothly, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations

Notice Requirement: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. We reserve the right to charge the card(s) stored on your client profile if you fail to show up for your appointment. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next scheduled client, or in some cases, the need to reschedule your appointment. If rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, the cancellation or no-show fee may apply.

Emergencies and Flexibility

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are unable to give 48 hours' notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Prepaid Appointments

Prepaid appointments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
