Holistic Treatments
Swedish Massage is a therapy designed to encourage healing across the body in a way that brings about deep relaxation and nourishment.
Each time you visit, the massage will be tailored to you and what you need in that moment. Any particular points of stress or pain across the body can be focussed upon in the time allocated for your treatment.
Please note: Swedish Massage is not a form of sports massage or deep tissue massage. The intention is not to heal injuries, but rather to bring the body to a point of relaxation where it can begin to restore itself. You may find however, after a block of sessions, you may see long term improvements to physical ailments.

Acu-sound is a holistic therapy centred around balancing the 7 chakras present in the body. It uses specialist tuning forks which are aligned in frequency to each chakra. When used on particular points on the body they can indicate whether there is an imbalance in energy across the body. The treatment looks to create a healthy balance across the chakras, allowing for energy healing, the release of stuck energy in the body, and groundedness.
Acu-sound in a non-invasive treatment meaning clients remained clothed during the therapy. The turning forks do make contact with the body and the practitioner will place their hands on the body where the tuning forks are then placed.

Reflexology is a massage treatment which helps to promote natural healing and balance throughout the body. It works on the basis of the feet being a map of the entire body. By massaging and working into different parts of each foot, a Reflexologist can highlight any blockages within the body as well as assessing the overall health and wellbeing of an individual. The treatment includes a foot soak and uses oils on the feet to encourage healing, balance and relaxation.

Indian Head Massage is a massage treatment that is integral to the Ayurvedic healing system. Originating in India, Ayurveda relates to a culture of healing and balance that has been used for over 5,000 years.
Despite what the name suggests Indian Head Massage works across the back, shoulders, neck, arms, scalp and face. It combines both relaxing and stimulating massage techniques to encourage a number of benefits to the body and mind. This can include: stimulating the circulatory, muscular and nervous systems, increasing lymphatic flow, removing a build up of toxins, reducing stress and anxiety, encouraging hair growth and improving the condition of the skin (including the scalp).
Please note: Our Indian Head Massage is practiced on a bed. We will give the option to each client whether they would like to remain clothed for the massage.
