Using Phorest

Phorest is the system we use for booking appointments.

We recommend downloading the Fresha app and making a profile so you can book online and access your appointments with ease. Fresha will guide you through the entire process. 

To book an appointment you just need to follow these steps:

  • Use the link above and across our website and social media to access online booking.

  • Our services/treatments are placed under categories to make it easier for you to navigate everything we have to offer. If you are looking for barbering services, please click on ‘Khaos Barbering’.

  • You can also search for a staff member. When you click on ‘Staff’ and then the individual’s name, it will come up with all the services/treatments they provide.

  • Once you have selected the services and treatments you would like, as well as the staff member, it will then take you to the avaibility screen. This is where you can select a day and time for your appointment.

  • If you have already registered an email address with us it will now ask for you to create and account or login to Phorest.

  • Once you have set up your account or logged in, it will review the appointment you wish to create and ask to make a deposit.

  • At this stage you can also ‘Add a note’ if you have any other information you wish to share about your needs and what you would like from your appointment.

  • You should now have the option to ‘Complete Booking’. Only when you have clicked this button will you have created your appointment. It will confirm the details on the screen as well as sending you an email with appointment details.

Deposits and Card Details

  • Phorest will ask you to enter your card details. It stores them on your profile and you are the only person who has access to these. 

  • We will ask you to pay a deposit ahead of your apointment. This will come to 50% of your appointment total and we do this to confirm your booking with us. This means that after your appointment you will just have the 50% remaining to pay.

  • We ask you to pay your deposit within 48hours of making your booking. If this not does happen we may have to cancel your appointment.

  • If you have booked multiple appointments with us throughout the year, we only expect you to pay the deposit for your upcoming appointment.

  • Once your services/treatments are complete we can charge the card you used for paying your deposit as your payment method. If however you would like to use a diffierent card or pay by cash that is abolsutely fine too.
